Clifton Avenue was an incredible 2-build new construction project. The most amazing feature was the downtown view! I designed these homes with the fact that they could  zoned be as a short term rental. These homes have concrete flooring and a minimalistic design style. I added a clear railing across the front which gives it a Beautiful touch. Clifton was not only a great place to call home, but also a great way to make a residual income.
