This 3-build new construction design project allowed me to showcase how I can take similar floorplans and create different looks. The location of these homes demanded a contemporary aesthetic, allowing me to craft a clean, sleek design. Two of the homes shared the exact same floor plan, yet the black one had subtle variations. It was a delightful challenge to infuse a distinct character into each of these homes.
